ഇവിടെ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്‌ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയ്ക്ക് പകരം വെള്ളമാണ് ഒഴിച്ച് വേവിക്കുന്നത്. Last ൽ വാങ്ങാൻ നേരമാണ് വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഒഴിക്കുന്നത്. പിന്നെ ഉള്ളിക്ക് പകരം വെളുത്തുള്ളിയാണ് ചേർക്കുന്നത്. ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ.ഏതായാലും ഈ അവിയൽ തന്നെ സൂപ്പർ. 👍

Seeing the amount of oil he was pouring I almost fainted.. so I tweaked the recipe. I did the total cooking as explained but with only 3 tbsp oil. I did it in the microwave oven. So it could be cooked without water. It may not be as tasty.. but who cares !! As long as I do not harm my body..a little taste can be compromised.. but my version was really yummy and healthy!!
