I made this and followed directions as closely as possible since I had only made Artisan bread two times before...it was so beautiful and looked just like yours except I had garnished with both white and black sesame seeds...most delicious soft bread I ever had.. I am convinced every one of your recipes will be a success...bagels are next😊. Thank-you so much. I never dreamed I could make bread like that at home. To be honest I got to hate buying bread...it was never fresh and I could not find one that I liked. I will never be buying bread again!! Thanks so much!!!
Thank you so much for this recipe! I made the bread for Shabbat and it came out soo good! And I’m making it tonight for Shabbat as well! Shalom sister in Yeshuah Hamashiac.
Wow!! Gorgeous bread! I’m not sure how well I will do with the braiding but am willing to give it a try tomorrow!, Thank you and ...... Sending Blessings!!
I’m on my last proving for 45 mins and then ready to wash with the egg yolk and milk and pop in the oven! I have major fingers crossed for this bread; I went through two different batches of another recipe on someone else’s profile and they both were unusable… so after a lot of… frustration lol… I’m READY for some yummy bread for the family!!! I’m adding some sugar instead of sesame on top to make some sweet bread. Next time I want to try the sesame because that looks delicious!
I will be trying this soon also it would not be my first bread recipe from you...so I know it's going to be great. Thanks for improving my bread making skills
i am new to the baking bread life so I am prepping this on Thrusday hopefully this recipe works for me, so far the two challahs Ive made for Shabbat came out as Ciabatta instead 😮💨
this looks sooooo yumm..!! gonna bake tomorrow. could you please post a video on making puff pastry/other basic pasteries as well. been trying out several recipes but none works for me as the weather is quite hot in india. your recipes make a difference.. they are foolproof..!! waiting.... 😊😊
Very soft and fluffy bread. However I have to wonder if this not a braided bread. I have seen other videos that has more pieces of dough to be folded, a bit harder to do.
I do the steps exactly like the video.... and my dough NEVER gets elastic like that. What is wrong!? I use King Arthur unbleached all purpose flour, Fleishmann's rapid rise instant yesterday, Bel'Olio extra light tasting olive oil for cooking and baking, Local Hive Nor Cal honey & iodized salt. What is it that I am doing wrong? Or is any of these ingredients not good?
