CHEESE PAPAD ROLLS | EASY AND QUICK SNACK | MICROWAVE RECIPE
Having trouble finding a party snack? Or maybe, you’re confused about what you should serve for starters? Or maybe, you need to prepare delicious food but have time constraints? Don't worry! We've got all these things covered in a SINGLE dish - Cheesy Papad Rolls! These delicious rolls are easy to make, require very few and regular ingredients, are ready within minutes and are completely customisable according to your taste!
INGREDIENTS:

8-10 papad
Oil for greasing
.
2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
¼ cup cheese (grated)
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp mixed herbs
1-2 green chillies (finely chopped)
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
METHOD:

Take all the ingredients (except oil and papad) in a bowl
Mix well
Mixture is ready
Keep aside

Grease your palms
Take a little mixture and shape
.
Take water in a plate
Soak papad
Dab with a tissue to dry excess water
Place mixture in the middle
Fold to shape into a roll
Keep aside
.
Grease a microwave-safe plate
Place roll and brush oil
Microwave for 1 min
CHEESY PAPAD ROLL IS READY
