Yes, Tyler Goins!! Me too! The music is "big band" music from the 1940"s. Glenn Miller, etc. Your are not supposed to like your grandparent's music, but I love it!
I like the way you cook it seems like much easier than it actually is. and your eating is interesting though, I only watch because I picture myself being you eating these great foods
Haha 7:10 Quang: "Quick time! Curly fries" Me: "Crinkle" Quang: "Just like fries, but better, because it's curly" Me: "No, it's crinkled! >:(" Lol I dunno why but for some reason that made me laugh. Probably cause he didn't notice it and I was waiting for the rest of the time to see if he would correct it xD
Bro.... I AM FROM CHICAGO and had a hot dog stand on Division and Damen. Don't you dare put mayo on that or your license to make Chicago Dogs will be revoked with extreme prejudice. Otherwise, you did a great job with your creation. Your pepper substitution is spot on good choice. Next time also your hotdogs need to be all beef, a kosher all beef hotdog is even better.
So jealous everytime I see him eat gigantic amounts of tasty food he made himself. Great channel, prepares about 95% of his dishes and then reviews it. Smart guy.
You gotta find those "sportsman"? Peppers! No pass for me, b/c those peppers are spicy, when the ones you traditionally put on there have more of a sour flavor, as opposed to spicy. And no green food coloring, you don't need that shit.

QT, would you mind showing us how to make Lumpia your way? Those Chicago Hot Dogs looked delicious! Next time you can mix your mayo and mustard together before you put it on the dog, just easier I think. Those look scrumptious!
