Here is the complete recipe of lasagna.
Ingredients:
Step 1 (white sauce )
Butter 1tbsp
Maida 2tbsp
Milk 2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Crushed red chilli 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Origano 1/2 tsp
Cream 2tbsp
Method: add butter in a pan then add Maida ,cook til it changes it's colour then add milk ,all spices and cream .mix well.sauce is ready .
Step 2: lasagna sheets boil
Water 2liter
Oil 2tbsp
Salt 1tbsp
Add sheets in boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes (80% cook)
Reserve 1cup pasta water
Step 3
chicken gravy
Oil 4tbsp
Garlic chopped 2tbsp
Onion 1(chopped)
Chicken /chicken mince 500 gram
Tomato 3(finally chopped)
Salt 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tbsp
Peprika 1/2tbsp
Pizza sauce 2tbsp
Ketchup 2tbsp
Add oil in pan then add garil and onion then add chicken ,cook till it changes it's colour then add tomatoes and all spices and add pasta water and cook well .Adjust salt and spices.
Step 4:
Layer the sauce ,chicken gravy and sauce in a tray as shown in the video .
Step 5:take a big pateela ,add salt in base and pre heat for 5 minutes ,then put lasaga tray on a stand and cook for 20minutes on medium flame .
Oven:preheat oven on 180 degree and bake for 20minutes
