This is the first time ever that I have made something on the same day, that the video was uploaded by a food influencer. Absolutely, enjoyed making the bread, and it came out perfect. The ingredients and steps are to the point. And such simple pantry staples. It is hot and humid around here and couldn't have been a better time to use yeast. Thanks Ella. I will keep baking these with variations. Could you tell me in which step can i layer choco chips/Nutella/ chocolate ganache, if I want to and also not spoil the swirls ?
Natasha, I am so glad you tried it out. You can add Nutella/choc chips/ chocolate ganache just before rolling up together. After both pieces of dough are rolled, one on top of the other, spread the filling over the chocolate dough, except for the ending part where you make the 10 strips. I have tried it with a few tablespoons of chocolate ganache and loved it.
Hi I am a very big fan of u I have a question In ur walnut and lemon bar recipe instead of lemon zest can I use lime zest coz in my region lemon is not available pls reply as soon as possible coz I need to try it on my birthday

Normally, you can use a bit of oil as an substitute for the egg in the dough. As for the eggwash on top, maybe use a little bit of melted margarine. But please correct me, if I‘m wrong 😅
