നല്ല കേക്ക് തന്നെ , അവസാനം ബട്ടറും മൈദയും മിക്സ് ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം നട്സും. തേങ്ങയും ചേർക്കുന്നതല്ലേ നല്ലത് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നനവുള്ള തേങ്ങാ ചേരുമ്പോൾ ബട്ടർ മിക്സ് ആയിക്കിട്ടാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടല്ലേ . അതുപോലെ അതിന്റെ കൂടെ തരി പഞ്ചസാര. ചേർത്താൽ കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചെറുതായി കടിക്കാൻ കിട്ടും . അതുപോലെ ഈ മിക്സ് ആദ്യം bake ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ മുകളിൽ ഇട്ടാലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല .

If you add the mixture before baking , half of it will sink. There is no problem in mixing all ingredients together.
