OKAY I'LL WORK ON THE AUDIO. shooting in the office is way different than shooting in my house, and when we shoot WritingWithGrace or NotTooDeep there we have a more advanced audio set up or more professional people editing the videos. In these scenarios it's Diane standing behind a camera making sure the battery doesn't die and me editing. I'll definitely work on how to make the audio better. i think i got desensitized to the quality while editing. SORRY!!!

Try just using cornbread mix next time. Just prepare it as per the package instructions, dip the dogs in and fry. I have done this before with great results. Big pointer though, you got to make sure your fryer oil is at the correct level for your fryer and submerge the dogs completely using tongs to remove them when they are a golden brown. Let them cool on a wire grid baking rack with some newspaper underneath to catch the oil.

Step one: Make like a gallon of mix. Two: pour it in a tall narrow pitcher. Three: Measure AHEAD of time the length of stick to fit in your fryer. Four: make sure you have enough oil to fill to the top line of the fryer. Dip & Fry, don't over cook
