Wow, very interesting to watch and thank you for sharing. I'm curious, why are you soaking the maize of which that machine could grind the dry maize?. Then, I'm thinking if you use your blender you should get a very smooth flour and you will not have to throw the chaff and you will get all the fibre with little to no wastage. Thanks once more.
