Awesome video. Also fun tip with moving along axis, if you use shift, it does a plane. Eg press 'g', then if you press 'shft+z' it letsd you move along the xy plane and locks the z.
back in csgo days i tried to learn blender but it was looking too complicated that it made me quit 3d animations but with this tutorial i understood the basics thank you so much now i understand the other videos ❤
hello bro good video! One question, I want to make animations but only to take images (for example for RU-vid thumbnails) how can I export the characters as png without a background?
Hi man, im trying to import and work with ONLY de character model and blender works so slow. i have a notebook with i7 12700, rtx 4070 and 32Gb Ram. Do you know why? Thank you so much
hey! when I import the maps some of the textures are unconnected to the principle BSDF and the basicVFX texture is missing on alot of the buildings. When I open it in source viewer it works fine and all of the textures work.
thank you for the video. Could you please make a tutorial on how to make pov animations in blender with custom gloves? I tried to figure it myself but failed
my pak_01_dir.vpk is different, you have Characters to Models with everything in a file whereas for me it's Models to Player and a bunch of .mdl, .vtx, .phy and .ani files
Issue for me, I can't seem to find the bones. Won't appear for me. Probably just being blind or stupid but it asks me for vertex group instead of the bones, but I can see them all in the keyframes section so I know they're all there
