Cream Rolls
Ingredients:
Puff pastry 250 gm
Egg 1
Whippy Whip cream as required
Method:
Spread the puff pastry and cut into long strips.
Roll it into a cream roll cone and brush it with an egg.
Bake them in an oven at 170 c for about 20 minutes.
Remove and set aside.
Once they are cooled, fill the whippy whip cream.
Decorate and serve.
