How to Make CRISPY EGGPLANT Crispy and Savory | Processed Eggplant
The ingredients are as follows:
• 4 eggplants (300 gr)
• 150 gr wheat flour
• 150 grams of all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp powdered mushroom stock
• enough water
• cooking oil
• 1 tsp salt for soaking eggplant
