❖ Ingredients
- 500g potatoes
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- parsley
❖ Tip
1. If the dough is too watery, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2. You can skip the mozzarella cheese, if you do, add more salt
