Um...you got me at 2:37 with "ancient Greek". What mod is this? I am trying to use Minecraft Education edition, but this looks like you are using an ancient version of Minecraft with some mods.

The Ancient Greek is just a culture identifier thing that is apart of custom npcs. The version is 1.12.2, not ancient lmao

A very simple way of doing this would be making the npc drop an item when killed, then using that item to complete the quest with another npc

All you have to do is right click the ground with the NPC how and an NPC will be created
