I assume you do them as a two part so you not got the inner core of thr MDF on the inside of the drawer pull? Have you tried using high quality dense MDF like Finsa Hydrafugo or similar to eliminate that 2nd & third stages? Nice simple guide video though.
Great video. How are you cutting the oak inserts to fit perfectly? Do you have another larger template that accounts for the loss of router piece width?
