I noticed that towards the second half of the video it gets a bit hard to follow because I’m zooming the sh*t out of my macbook and also i needed to cut out a lot of uninteresting parts … Still learning how to structure my videos better, hope you stick with me until i find out 😂✌🏻

Thanks! I use the vca mostly for drums and fet for bass. They both have a unique signature in their sound and i only use them if i want to apply that to my sound. If i am already happy with a sound and just need compression for the technical reason (like sidechain, strong transients) then i use the stock compressors.
