How to make simple and cheap Powerful DC Motor Driver Reversible Speed Controller using MOSFET, Potentiometer and reversing DPDT Switch.
A very cool, simple and easy powerful DC motor speed and direction controller circuit could be build using a just a single n-mosfet, 1 resistor and a potentiometer.
DC motor speed regulator controls the speed of a dc motor by adjusting pulse-width-modulated (pwm). The input power range is dc 6-60v .
Control the forward or reverse direction and the stop of dc motor by DPDT switch.
Depends on the mosfet used for this voltage regulator - reversible DC motor speed controller, here 12v , the mosfet can handle up to 100 amps to 100V, which means the maximum motor current can be anywhere around 50 amps. You can replace this mosfet with any other suitable N channel mosfet.
