The pillow has a diameter of 40 cm, it's firm and holds its shape well.
1) Material
Slightly elastic fabric (plush). We need a fabric with a width of 20 cm and a length of 340 cm, which we sew into a tube. The tube is stretched by a few cm to the length, depending on the elasticity of the fabric used.
2) Machine sewing
on a conventional sewing machine using a stretch needle 75, with a standard straight stitch with a length of 3 mm but with an elastic thread. If ordinary solid thread is used, a triple straight stitch (elastic) must be used.
When sewing elastic material, we do not pull the fabric. Only at the beginning of each sewing do we pull on both threads to pull the fabric under the sew foot. Let's not forget to sew (back and forth) at the beginning and end of each sewing.
3) Filling
polyester hollow fiber 650-700 g.
5 cm diameter tube and push rod. If a narrower tube is used, the finished pillow will of course be smaller and the material consumption slightly lower. The tube is stretched by a few cm to the length, depending on the elasticity of the fabric used. We pay attention to even filling along the entire length, we check the density by touch.
4) Knotting
It is better to make the tube longer at the beginning and then cut it off at the end and sew it again as needed, as if it was short.
5) Hand sewing
at the end we will connect the ends together with a solid JEANS thread, the color does not matter because the thread will be almost invisible at all

Vankúš má priemer 40 cm, je pevný a dobre drží tvar.
1) Materiál
Mierne elastická látka (plyš). Potrebujeme látku so šírkou 20 cm a dĺžkou 340 cm, ktorý zošijeme do tuby. Tuba sa po naplnení natiahne o niekoľko cm v závislosti od pružnosti použitej látky.
2) Strojové šitie
na klasickom šijacom stroji s použitím stretch ihly 75, so štandardným rovným stehom s dĺžkou 3 mm ale s elastickou niťou. V prípade, že sa použije obyčajná pevná niť, je potrebné použiť trojitý rovný steh (pružný).
Pri šití elastického materiálu látku neťaháme. Iba na začiatku každého šitia ťaháme za obe nite aby sme látku akoby vytiahli spod pätky. Nezabúdajme na zapošívanie na začiatku a na konci každého šitia.
3) Plnenie
trubica s priemerom 5 cm a palica na zatláčanie. Ak sa použije užšia trubica tak bude pochopiteľne hotový vankúš menší a spotreba materiálu trochu nižšia.
Trubica sa plnením ešte natiahne o niekoľko cm do dĺžky v závislosti od elasticity použitej látky. Dbáme na rovnomerné plnenie po celej dĺžke, kontrolujeme hustotu hmatom.
Výplň- polyesterové duté vlákno 650-700 g.
4) Uzlenie
Radšej trubicu urobiť na začiatku dlhšiu a potom ju podľa potreby na konci odstrihnúť a znova zašiť, akoby mala byť krátka.
5) Ručné šitie
na konci spojíme konce k sebe pevnou JEANSOVOU niťou, na farbe nezáleží pretože niť nebude takmer vôbec vidieť.
Nakoniec skryjeme práve zašitý spoj (viď video)
