Today we have a special dessert by combining lotus seed with coconut milk. For people who love dessert will love this one.
Here the recipe:

Ingredients:
1. Lotus seed 250g
2. Coconut milk 400g
3. Sugar 200g
4. Salt 1/2 coffee spoon
5. Saku seed 4 table spoons
How to make it:
1. First, boil 1 liter of water
2. Add 250g of lotus in and remove the water when the seeds are softer.
3. Add 400g of coconut milk and 1 and half cup of water. Then add 1/2 coffee spoon of salt and 4 tbsps of saku seed (optional), and 200g of sugar.
4. Finally, stir it well and leave it boiling again. Ready to serve.
