This is the most honest and thorough jewelry tutorial I’ve ever watched. It is captivating and never gets boring. This should be the standard! Thank you so much!
Hi guys, thanks for the wait for this DIY rings tutorial, and thanks so much for your warm regards. I have recovered much from Covid, although it still shows positive on the testing kit. I believe it'd be cleared in another few days' time. I've reduced the size of the loop in this tutorial to make the rings look finer. You can skip it if you like. Be sure to check out those rings I made earlier at the end of the video too. I made them with different wire gauges and styles. Enjoy watching. :)
OMG I love this. Thank you so much. I have beads similar to these and honestly didn't know what to do with and low and behold there you are. Thank you again.
Glad you are feeling better! These rings are so pretty and modern. I love all your videos. So well edited, easy to understand, and the outcome is beautiful jewelry!
Me encanta tu trabajo, muy profesional ‼️ y lindo acabado. Estoy empezando en ésto, pero me fué mal con la compra de herramientas, botan óxido. Quisiera saber que clase de alambre usas, el que compre se pela.😢
Muchas gracias.
I know I'm repeating myself, but I absolutely adore your sense of aesthetics. I don't like yellow gold (I only like white and pink), but "your" gold doesn't look trashy and flashy. It is beautiful, delicate and elegant. Maggie, can I ask what kind of paste you used for polishing? This white-gray one? And also, do you think it's a good idea to use Renaissance wax with a felt disk on a rotary tool instead of just in hands? Especially on a more detailed designs with nooks and crannies like wire wrapping, where you can't reach with your fingers? I wish you the best of health and strength ❤
Thank you for your kind comment! I like all white, gold and pink. Just that I have most of the wire gauges in brass. That’s why I’m using them in the tutorial most often. I’m using the white polishing compound. It’ll turn greyish when you start using it. It’s a normal chemical reaction. I think what you can do is leave a thick layer of wax on the wire wrap pieces, then remove later with the felt tip. But you might need to do it carefully so you don’t actually remove the layer of wax especially if the felt tip is new.
Hi, if we do not have the flex shaft, what is the substitute method for flattening, smoothening, polishing, etc. all the processes that you do with it? Thank you.
Hi Binisha, you can use file and sandpapers. (it’s gonna takes longer) I’ve included more detail polishing technique with sandpapers in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pkgykkf96Ho.html
