In this episode with grape leaves! We made a very delicious and delicious dish called dolme berg mo!!! We make a simple meal.
You see, I first soaked the rice and cobs and chopped some onions and fried them in a pan.
But that's not all - I'll show you how to make a classy exotic dish.
After half an hour when the rice and beans are soaked, cook until they are soft! I add salt and turmeric to the onions. As you can see in the video, I chopped fresh aromatic herbs (mint, savory, parsley, coriander, salt, and tarragon) and added them to onions, rice, and cobs and roasted them. The taste is unique!
Add tomato paste and pour water until the ingredients are tasty together.
We came to the vineyard and I picked fresh grape leaves and washed them in the running spring and put the ingredients inside the leaves to prepare hair leaves.
