How to make Durian with sticky rice [ Recipe for sticky rice & durian sauce]
This recipe are including how to make sticky rice and how to make durian sauce.
(April, May & June) Durian Season, we love so much durian, but unfortunately they are quite expensive. Yes, some people hate them :)
but I still suggest for some people who hate durian please just try it, i think you may change your mind, and of course Durian lover please cook it like your homemade :).
Ingredients :
Part I: Cooking sticky rice
- Sticky rice 500g
- Coconut milk 300g
- Sugar 50 g
- Little of salt
- Alum is only to use for cleaning rice to make it shinny and clean.
Part II Ingredients:
- Durian 500g
- Coconut milk 500g
- Sugar 50g
- little of salt.
