These are beautiful. So much nicer and more personal than a bottle gift bag. I will also take the idea of making them into door hangers. I am a Lifestyle Assistant in aged care home. Some of our residents will love making personalised door hangers as a craft activity. Thanks for the inspo. ❤

Julie you can use a brown paper bag or make your own bag with a similar idea that Lucy has here would work too just stick the pieces on the bag you can use white paper bags too with the same idea. Just a thought.

I have not seen these bottle tags before. I really like them. Finding a wine bag or box can be a pain. But the clencher was seeing you put it on a liquor bottle. I would never have thought of that.

I love these!!! We’re not wine drinkers, maybe a beer but I can definitely use them for 2 liter drinks when taking to get-togethers. (BTW, I LOVED the koala rub on!! 😄)
You could even make smaller tags for beer if they're in stubbies/bottles hehe!! Yes, the koala is cute, I need to add him to a card somewhere don't I? 😀❤
Hi Lucy, I hope you are doing well. We have had such a lovely summer with the weather so far here in Canada but the weather has changed dramatically since the start of August we have had heavy rain warnings and storm warnings and for being so far inland it can be a daunting thing to watch. The rain was so bad yesterday August 18th that it flooded the lower level to my hugh barn the back of the barn where my miniature horses were was safe and thankfully the large round bales were on higher ground also or i would have had to sell them as cow bales which would have been a real pain as we are storing for our Winter months right now. i hope the crops this year are not affected by the rain. there is a lot of surface water outside right now so it makes life very difficult if you use a tractor to get around your property. my larger horses are outside 24/7 but they have a hugh shelter to run in when the rain comes down. It came down in a torrential downpour all day yesterday till about 5pm then it was just like turning a tap off it just stopped. there were about 3 - 4 inches of water in my barn. Brutal i took out four loads in my tractor bucket it was like standing behind a waterfall when i tipped the bucket of the tractor to tip the water out. I love these bottle toppers they are so gorgeous and what a lovely idea, the grunge one reminds me of the engine room of a ship in the movies. they have all turned out stunning and they are all very different. I love the bright cheerful ones the grunge ones are not my favourite but i am not angry at then they still turned out very nice i like the touch of blue green vegetation in the grunge card it was a very nice touch. You have a great eye for the details that's what makes your items stand out to me. thanks for showing the process its great to watch your mind at work. great idea for the bottle tags i have seen them before they were on sale here in Canada at one point not so much now. love them. Great tags Lucy, they all came out beautifully. Love the ones with the butterflies. I used to make them with my Cricut and have never thought of using dies. Would love you to do more videos on bottle tags especially with the computer, that would be great. For some reason I don't seem to be getting notifications on your videos and I'm subscribed and have the bell clicked, don't know what's going on with YT - disappointing because you are one of my favourites - love your videos. Hi Corinne, oh yes, I haven't worked on my glass mat for a while as my camera would pick up the glare when videoing so I swapped back to my plain mat. I did love using it and I still have it to the side of me. I do find cutting with a knife easier on my plain mat as the papers hold in place a little easier but other than that, the glass mat is easier to clean. I do also like that the glass mat has a white part on the side for when you're using black papers and inking on it is much easier, you don't need scrap paper underneath like I do on my plain mat. Hi, I use Selley's Aquadhere Wood Interior Glue and if in Australia you can find it at Bunnings here www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-100ml-aquadhere-pva-wood-glue-interior-adhesive_p1230622 or Mitre 10 too. If in another country you may be able to Google it and see if you can buy near you. I do use it sparsely on paper to paper as it may still create the rippling if you add too much but I will use it lavishly on embellishments to paper etc. I hope this helps, I often show how much glue I add in my videos too. XOX
