Easy Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1cup
Egg - 02
White Sugar - 1/4 cup
Melted butter - 1/3cup
Milk - 1/3cup
Baking powder - 1tsp
Vanilla - 1tsp
Instructions :
preheat oven (180°C)
In a medium-sized bowl mix the flour and baking powder.
beat the eggs with sugar until thick and light yellow.
add vanilla and melted butter and beat 30 seconds.
Pour flour mixer in to the batter and Pour into the prepared molds.
Bake in preheated oven 180°C for 20 mins.
