The basic pancake is made from a simple batter of eggs, flour, milk and baking powder for leavening.
Today I wanted to experiment with whole wheat with no eggs and baking powder and it came out absolutely delicious!!
You can customize them with your favorite add-ins.

INGREDIENTS:
Banana Pancake

Banana- 1
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1 pinch
Butter- 2 tbsp
Milk- 1/4 cup
Chocolate Pancake
_____________________
Cocoa Powder- 1/2 cup
Banana Pancake Batter-2 cup
Here is a step-by-step guide to making pancakes:
-In a bowl, whisk together mashed or blended banana, wheat flour, salt, melted butter and sugar.
-Gradually add milk to the dry ingredients and whisk the batter until it is smooth.
And our banana pancake batter is now ready!
To another bowl add 2 cups of the pancake batter and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and whisk the batter.
Now our Chocolate pancake batter is ready!
-Heat a griddle tawa over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with butter/oil.
-Ladle the batter onto the tawa, using about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
-Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
-Serve the pancakes warm, topped with honey or maple syrup or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
