Everytime I watch a video from him I think that he knows how it should sound, but he never gets the mix fully right to really make it sound like that a track from that DJ/Producer. And the sound design is not the problem. It's just the mix. Some of the leads and basses in these tutorials should sound louder to my opinion.
The Producer School I know. But I really want to know how it sounds like when it's fully mixed and maybe mastered. If you could prepare that in future videos than I would love that. Not that you must do it tho.
Nervz I will admit, he is better than me compared to when I was 14. But I know he might do a good job in mixing just working one hour or a half longer (not showing the process in the video) and showing the result. That's the time I now need to mix a drop! (And I'm now almost 17.) Main keys are eq'ing, compressing and the stereo and mono field. Just spending a little bit more time on that can show some great results!
I'm a rapper but I've been starting to branch into EDM. I've been making my own beats for about a year, but I mostly make ambient space type beats. My new song is gonna be a fusion of epic electronic sci fi music and rap vocals
How can i use different mastering plug ins like reverb , soundgoodizer & other at only one sample without using it on the others in the masterin channel?
