Thank you for this recipe I tried it today in smaller quantity it made very delicious buns just like street buns taste. But for egg rolls it needed just a little more sugar.

Looks yummy but using baking powder and yeast as a rising agent, is it not too much? I thought baking powder is for egg rolls and the yeast for doughnuts
