If so, don't wait until the cream cheese is at room temp you can get a good workout and it will turn out fine.Beat it into submission like I did. ;-) And what is room temp anyway? Why you poured hot water while baking a cheese cake?? All the ingredients for cream cheese batter at room temp other than whipping cream, right?? I thought to bake a cake but have these doubts. Thank you in advance.

Maple syrup is the substitute for honey. If you want simply skip it and just use the sugar syrup :) May be increase the sugar quantity a little. 2. I do not live in India so don't know where you can find it.. but I am soon uploading a homemade version :) that might help
Hi Poonam.. awesome that sounds like a plan.. Yes you can replace it with non dairy.. Advantage of using dairy based cream is that it is superior in taste so overall your dessert will taste better :)
Phyllo dough is much thinner and will give you a different flavor… I would try a health food store, Russian market or Safeway if you have one usually has them. :) hope this helps?
Hi Akshita.. either you can choose to add it once you make the sugar syrup that is once it is cooled down or skip it.. If skipping increase the sugar quantity :)
