I felt that there was an ingredient missing to be the version of nakiri Nakiri uses Karasumi (salted roes as a special touch) but excellent eggs benedict. ^^

Hollandaise sauce is way too thin. More butter will thicken it out. Also, add about a teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar.

Great video but the Karasumi is what makes the dish interesting otherwise it’s just eggs Benedict with hollandaise

A Taste of Anime was it delicious? I’ve been meaning to make this too and I have a Japanese supermarket 5 minutes from my house so I can get karasumi no problem which gives me all the more reason to try it

You just made regular eggs benedict with annoying music in the background. Karasumi power was literally the one thing that took the recipe from being regular eggs benedict to being Erina's recipe for eggs benedict. This is a failure of a video and just massive click bait of a title.
