Thanks for this video! I especially like the little tip for getting a nice square corner when gluing the box envelope by slipping the bottom of the notcher in there. I had been scouring my house to find something square and flat enough to go inside like that, and I had one in my punch board box all along LOL Again, thank you for your wonderful explanation of how to use the 1-2-3 punch board!
So THAT'S the S E C R E T !!! I have WRMKs "Envelope Punch Board" but, when I followed the directions for making an A2 envelope the stinking thing always turns out S Q U A R E !!! N O W I know the MAGIC CODE to make the RECTANGLE that matches my card, and my project doesn't look like an amateur attempted it!! SOOOOOO VERY M A N Y, M A N Y (!!) THANKS to Christine @ ScrapTimeVideos for being out here on y.t.!!! AND, for everyone in y.t.land, here it is: FOR an A2 Envelope: PAPER SIZE is 8 - 1/4" Square (N O T 8 - 1/8"!!); the First Alignment is at 3 - 5/8" (N O T 3 - 3/4" !!) Go for it, Kids!! The final moment of frustration relating to your special efforts has now been banished, thanks to Christine!!!
@@ScrapTimeVideos As I said, YOU have banished that last horrible moment, when I doubted even as to WHY I might attempt card-craft!! My deepest thanks, Christine!! Be well!!
Wow. This is the most helpful tutorial I've seen using the punch board. I think I need to upgrade to this 1-2-3 board from the original board I have. The one I have is SO HARD! And that envelope notcher I need too! I think I'll get this one instead. Thanks.
Was trying to make an A2 envelope but kept going around using the 3-5/8 mark instead of aligning the previous score to the score guide. Duh! Thanks for this video! :)
Christine, could you do a video for the string tie box? I tried to follow the lady from WRK.but she was confusing...also because the camera wasn’t still on one angle
Here's a picture of the cheat sheet from the envelope maker: 4.bp.blogspot.com/-9DjT0S46hGc/VBpd8JAgH7I/AAAAAAAAFLk/yLBHCjEhF5A/s1600/envelope-sizes.jpg
