One thing I do every weekend is that I wake up at 7.00 AM and go for a 30-40 minute bike trip, I don't eat any breakfast before. I come back then I shower and eat breakfast and i'm ready to take on the day. Doing an exercise before doing something lazy makes me feel so much better. Great video btw :)

one quote that i've started to keep in mind lately is "how we spend our days is how we spend our lives." i realized i can stop waiting for things to happen to me just so i can live happily because i literally have the agency to make things happen for myself. like you said, it's just about choosing to do it. a lot of the things you said in this video are supposedly such basic advice that one shouldn't even have to think about, but it's always nice to be reminded of it nonetheless especially with how fast-paced everything in the world has become. thank you for this:)
