Popeyes favorite soup! 😋 and mine..
That spinach is soo nice and green! And yes, we Finns put there hard-boiled eggs!
Ingredients:
~7oz spinach, frozen (you can also use fresh, you'll need less)
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups water
1 vegetable cube
Pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
You can add more milk if it's too thick.
