Thank you! :) I usually just keep the raw dough frozen until I need them. So I'd defrost what I need, roll it out, and make them fresh. As with all flour based cooked goods, I figure it'll be stale after 4-5 days after making them. The only way to beat that is probably to use chemicals. 💀
