[Ingredients] (Approx. 5 pcs of Millefeuille)
1 Frozen pie sheet
Powdered sugar

[Instructions]
1.Make a lot of holes in the pie with a fork
2.Cut to size you like.

18g Cocoa butter

[Coating]
1.Chop A
2.Melt cocoa butter and B and bring to 50°C

[Ganache MANJARI]
50g MANJARI
A 60g Heavy cream 35%
12g Glucose syrup
B 90g Heavy cream 35%
1.Chop the chocolate.
2.Put the glucose syrup in the cream of A, boil it and emulsify it in the chocolate of 1
3.Add the B cream and blend well with a blender.
4.Put ganache in a bowl, cover with wrap and let it rest for 12 hours.
5.Squeeze in the squeeze bag
