at least two times a day po... pero our setup po ay every hour. nag alternate/gumagana yung egg turner... may timer po na pwede iset kung gusto i adjust. Nasa wiring diagram po yung connection. thanks

our design sir ay always naka turn on ang fan para walang cold spot sa loob ng setter. and minimize yung opening ng door... we only open the door during candling lang or may another batch na isasalang..

baguhan lang ako sir. first time lang gumagawa ng setter then okay naman yung una kaya gumawa ulit ng isa pa dahil lang sa demand ng mga fertile egg production ng mga parent stocks namin. Mas mabilis na uminit yung sa heating element compared sa light bulb. 500W kasi yung element then yung light bulb, maximum ata na 100W lang tapos pinagbabawal pa ata ng DTI na ibenta sa mga hardware ang mga ganung klase ng ilaw. Pwede naman mag dagdag ng light bulb kung malaki capacity ng setter mo.

@@elvicjomoc3783 time switch sir ang ginamit ko. 24hour timer with normally open contact then with relay para meron double throw. Nasa video yung detailed wiring diagram para may guide kayo for the automatic egg turner.

tatlo po ang circulating fan... yung pong sa taas at baba ay towards sa front door and yung gitna po at towards sa back panel.... isa lang po ang heater, sa ilalim lang po...

There are 2x 50mm hole air vents at the back of the setter with adjustable cover each. Those air vents should be aligned with the air circulating fan inside so it can inject fresh air and remove air incase the humidity is not right. The air flow of the middle fan should be going to the back panel and the top air circulating fan should be towards the opening door. The 3rd fan at the bottom is used as a blower to disseminate the hot air generated by the electric heater. Goodluck.

@@boyfrixlofttv6264 Hindi po kami nagbebenta ng setter or hatcher. pang sariling gamit lang po namin sa aming munting hatchery. Pwede nyo po copy yung design namin at yung wiring diagram. pwede nyo pagawa sa karpintero at sa electrician naman yung wiring. Message lang po kayo sa FB Page namin incase may additional queries po kayo. nasa video po lahat ng contact details namin. lahat po ng manok namin sa farm ay dumaan sa setter at sa hatcher na na feature namin sa mga videos, kaya sure kami na effective ang aming design. 90 to 95% hatching rate ang efficiency of our design. tatlo po yung fan blower ng setter. meron po sa baba para sa heater then sa gitna at sa taas for air circulation. yung baba at sa taas ay blowing towards sa door then yung gitna towards sa back... may vent din po ang setter, around 50mm dia with adjustable door. sa taas at sa gitna. ang opening po ay naka depende sa location nyo. please check the inside humidity for opening adjsutment. naka set po sa amin ng 37.5 need nyo calibrate to confirm na same ang actual temp sa loob ng incubator and the temp indicated sa controller.
