The sweet but not too sweet is such a Greek pastry style and I love it!! I've had this several times but never really knew how to make it...I do now haha Thanks Graham The creaminess makes me so happy and I love eating and working with phyllo dough!! Love it all, thanks for sharing!

Wow, it looks so creamy and soft. I'm not sure I can let it sit overnight w/o getting a spoonful every time I open the fridge. Custard and Phyllo combined, this has to be heavenly! Some of the puns I can anticipate, like when eggs come up there are like 5 in easy reach, but with others I can't even. This is why I love puns. I love the ones I can expect, I'd be sad if no egg pun was uttered along with the eggs, but the unexpected ones are a nice treat.
