Ingredients:
1kg shrimp large
4 tbspn unsalted butter
1 whole medium garlic chopped
1 tspn black paper
1 tbspn kajun spices powder
1/2 cup banana ketchup
1/2 cup sprite
salt to taste
First wash the shrimp set aside
add butter to the frying pan or any cooking pan and make it hot first the pan then add butter then add garlic do not over cook the garlic when it become little brown add the shrimp and just add all ingredients and stir it till shrimp is cooked but do not over cook.then u can serve it after.
