I do not understand why this shop does not make a PLYWOOD form instead of using and moving the heavy metal form. What am I missing here?

Work harder, not smarter. I think it's because their "pattern" is an actual band saw with the holes in the casting covered with patches to convert it into a pattern. Most likely because they didn't design the band saw, they just picked one out of the scrap pile to copy.

Die Menschen da vor Ort sind doch die Tiere so was von schei ß igal die sollten dem Armen Pferd erstmal mal was zum Fressen geben bevor er so eine Schwere Arbeit verrichten Soll sollten doch die Menschen die Arbeit verrichten und mit der Peitsche noch welche drauf kriegen wir das Pferd 🐴 das finde ich nicht in Ordnung Pfade können sehr gute Arbeits Tiere sein aber nicht im solchen Zustand die Leute wollen auch ihren Lohn haben und das Pferd bekommt nichts na das passt doch. Sonst zu Arbeiten sind mal wieder ganz gut für die Möglichkeit die sie haben super ich hoffe das ist in Ordnung aber wenn es da Tiere Unterleiden muss da werde ich echt sauer MfG lacki

Sometimes you cannot help but admire what is accomplished with simple means. Other moments are nothing but complete idiocy. It seems like in every one of these foundry videos they're attempting to make precise parts on some worn out machine using dull tooling. Everyone else in the world figured out some centuries ago that if you clean the sand and scale off the casting before machining the tools and machines will last.
