Please do try because it’s awesome recipe. Pork mole is not refrigerated as It has vinegar and enough oil in my recipe. I enjoyed pork mole without refrigerating for 6 months. But you will only need to give it a good mix after every next week. That’s it 😀. Thanks 🙏🏻 for watching.
Hello Mama, I don't mean to be rude, but why did you put so much oil when there is so much fat in the pork? you could have slow fried the pork cubes without adding additional oil to render the fat. Jossy
