Ingredients:
Goat meat
Scotch bonnet
Garlic, minced
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Salt
Seasoning
Onions
Pepper soup spice
Scent leaf
Method:
Cut your goat meat into your desired sizes
In a pot, add the goat meat, add all the spices except the pepper soup spice. Stir to mix then cover to cook for 5mins. Do not add water to it. Allow the juice cook the meat.
After 5mins, add water to it, add the pepper soup spice and water. Then cook for 15mins or till the meat becomes tender.
Add the scent leaves and allow it cook for another 2mins
Serve hot
