I just made paste turmeric, i warmed milk added paste cinnamon black pepper and 1 square 90% cocoa after melted I added raw honey it was delicious try it.
Yes, I use paste turmeric, and whole ginger and the other ingredients and just blend it. Instead of honey, I use pineapple or melon for sweetness. My husband prefers it cold from the fridge.
Heating honey pasturizes it. We've been adding honey to hot tea and other recipes for centuries. Ive added honey to a boiling pot many a night for myself and 4 sick children....still alive yall. God bless
Just saw this, I have arthritis and am looking for ways to reduce the inflammation and pain. Being doing a bit of a fast for a few days. Working on a healthier diet. I just made this drink. And let me say, it's so so good. I will be using this drink for a very long time, Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes.
Great recipe ! Thanks for sharing. Here's a tip for everyone: if you love a frothy drink but don't have a fancy milk frother, pour the golden milk into a Mason jar, put the lid on and shake it up. You will get a beautifully foamy beverage this way
+Biscochitos Galletita Hi Biscochitos, I hope you try this recipe. Sounds like you may enjoy it with the cinnamon and pepper! Thanks for visiting my channel!
i just made this drink after watching your video and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much. The only difference i made was replacing the butter with coconut oil because i eat vegan, and i didn't add honey, but it was AMAZING. Thank you !!!!!!!
I'm about to turn 46 and I've already started my lifestyle changes when it comes to my food consumption. Less meat, no cheese or flowers, no added sugars, tons of fresh greens, sprouts and others. I love to make smoothies with sprouts, 🫐🫐🫐 and almond milk. I've recently started my 🍵🍵 as well. My favorite so far is fresh ginger, tumeric, honey, lemon and a bit of cinnamon.. 😋 thanks for your video Edit: absolutely nothing processed!! Don't do it folks.. it's all poisonous
Sonya Morrell The doctors usually object to anything that won’t be a endorsement kickback or television advertisement with a million horrible side effects that are worst then the disease!
shes very likely just saying that for legal reasons. Clearly doctors know about as much about nutrition as a monkey does about rocket science. (wait there was that one monkey who was shot into outer space in a rocket)
I like using coconut oil, and black strap molasses in my golden milk. It's so delicious. I personally like to make a Turmeric paste with all of the ingredients minus the milk. Just heat up the milk and add 1/2 tsp to 1tsp. It's convenient and it will last for two weeks in the fridge.
This was great. I didn’t have ginger on hand, and held off on the butter since I have hyperlipidemia, but I used full fat cows milk, so that’ll be enough for me I think. Made one for my mom too and she loved it as well
Hi. I made a paste with turmeric, black pepper and olive oil. At night I mix one teaspoon of the paste in milk and heat it up. Going to try it with ginger and dark chocolate. Thank you God bless
Subscribed just now! I've been making moonmilk for a few years now. I adore your recipe..🦋 How will I know what type of turmeric is most beneficial? Some say grind my our root.. what's the best version of turmeric for max benefits? I appreciate you and this uplifting channel.🧡
Happened to find your page by accident. Could you maybe teach other people to organize their pages as well as your page is written. Good On you! So much information so well organized. Yea! Love that most of my questions were answered by just reading along. Thank you!
I had been using extra virgin olive oil instead of butter. It's butter from now on for me. Also, the cinnamon is a perfect addition to this recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome drink if anyone has cancer, we love it ! and in your vid we learned to add the ginger too and the honey after its cooled so the natural enzymes are not destroyed God's Natural cures are always better than ANY doctor! Thank you for making this video , if you have any other cancer fighting vids would love to know XX

I found a box of turmeric tea at Walmart. First, I fix brew the tea. While steeping, I add a pinch of black pepper to activate it. I'm not addicted to sweets. What does the ginger do? This is a good chance to add a couple of drops lugo's oil for iodine. Now, I think I add a little butter to help it along. Hopefully, this will not break my fast.
“Consult your doctor.” No doctor that I ever met had anything more than a cursory knowledge of vitamins and other supplements! It is NOT taught in medical school except for maybe a few class hours!
I think maybe it’s for if you have something that would negatively interact with the recipe ingredients. If you have haemophilia for example, (condition where your blood doesn’t clot) the turmeric could make that a whole lot worse. Since it apparently can slow clotting. Meaning the potential con of bleeding out weighs more than the potential good the drink can do. Thus it’s not worth the risk, which a dr can tell you about other conditions as well. In addition, asking your dr to research something they don’t know about will help educate them further. It’s actually a good thing when you ask a dr a question they don’t know the answer to. If forces them to educate themselves more and be a better professional. Which helps yours and others lives. If they’re condescending and rude about it change your dr, they aren’t a good one and need a reality check.
I have always wanted to try this. It's good to know that I can make with almond milk and stevia as a sweetener as I am a type 1 diabetic. Thank you for sharing. I can't waite to make and try it 😁👍 Thank you again and God bless
I'm a runner and it seems to help with sore muscles and I have been drinking turmeric milk for some time and I make it the same way but the only difference is I finely grate my ginger so I can drink the pulp.
will definitely try since the other day i found in the street two packages of masala tea googled it and said "what the heck, choose your poison" made it drank it was interesting. looked at expiration date was 2 yrs old "Meh" made the other one few hours later equally delicious. if those old packages are tasty i bet this will be better 😋
Nice to see your turmeric milk preparatons. However, humbly I would like to add that this turmeric milk drink is an age old tradition in India which is being passed to generation after generation. Regards.
Question. I'm diabetic & have seen several recipes for with with chia seeds added. Any comments about doing that? Your recipe for Golden Milk looks the tastiest. Thank you.
I have really bad chronic nerve pain. I wake up crying every morning because I cannot move. I used to keep a pain killer next to my bed so I can wake up take it and lay there for 20 mins then get up. I take this drink every night now and wake up with only 50% of my pain. I take no pain meds in the mornings anymore. Now I cry from being so grateful to be able to move like a (semi) normal person.
Side note: I would recommend getting wooden spoon for your pots. Using silverware will cause you to scratch up your pots/pans which is extra bad for non-stick pans
Don't forget that you also lost all of your money while trying to get the "help," which they so graciously offered. Yeah right! Them, offer to actually help a patient in pain and distress?!
Thank you for sharing this it’s very interesting to have, no need to ask the Doctor cause they don’t know anything at all, going to try it out, Turmeric is very good, 💜🇨🇦💜👍👍
So true..... But usually we do not mix any kind of sweetener.... Honey n warm water or tulsi n ginger tea or cinnamon tea around 4pm.... What say... M I right..??
I'll try it again didn't realize ginger was so hot i do prefer coconut oil instead of butter because i really can't taste it. I didn't follow a recipe and put too much ginger or add milk. I also like the cinnamon and honey.
This was very good, but I'm a little confused. The spices don't dissolve- they just settle to the bottom of the cup. Should I be stirring that up and trying to drink it? Or just drink the milk on top and let the spices settle?
How long do you have to use it before you notice the benefits? Specifically for inflammation I'm interested in. I have lower back pain and muscles around the area have seized up somewhat. I'm going to try it regardless just wondered is all. Great video, lots of valuable information, thanks for sharing ❤️👌
