Metals and Materials Used:
Silver Grains
Copper Grains
Brass Grains
Silver Solder
Geru Mitti (Heat Resistant Soil)
Tools Used:
Hammer
Doming Punch and Doming Cube/Block
Flattening Piston Punch
Ring Mandrel
Wire twisting Hand roller
Files and Saw
Soldering tool kit
Making Procedure:
Prepare silver Alloy for making sheet and wire
Prepare Silver sheet and Wire as per ring size 19mm ID.
Make Veni by Twisted wire for Side wall on the silver sheet
Solder the wire Veni and Flow the solder on the whole sheet
Place the Multi color Brass, copper and Silver Grains as per design thinking
Apply Flux to the whole metal materials and Grains
Heat the metals slowly and solder the whole mass
Now prepare the sheet as per ring size and fold to make ring shank.
Solder the shank and make it proper round as finger ring size.
File and polish the ring.
Now The Silver Grains Ring is ready
