How to Make Ground Beef With Veggies in the Oven (Lebanese Kafta With Potatoes) | Eats With Gasia 

Today I show you how to marinate ground beef and veggies. I assemble the beef and veggies in a baking pan, and I later throw the pan in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour! This is yet another mediterranean dish! Get creative with ground beef! This recipe is super easy! Try it out, and make sure you add all the veggies!!! It adds so much flavor to this dish. :)
What you'll need:
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp black pepper
1tbsp salt
1 batch of parsley
2 onions
12 potatoes
4 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp pepper paste
1tbsp garlic salt
Olive oil
