How to Make Guyanese Cornmeal Porridge
250g Cornmeal porridge
300ml Milk
400ml water (to soak the cornmeal)
850 ml water ( for boiling your spices)
1 Can Condensed milk
1 Tbsp vanilla/mixed essence
1 Tsp nutmeg
4-6 cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
Tip
If you want your porridge to be thinner: add more water and milk
If you want your porridge to be thicker: add less water and milk
