Due to sharp curve and thin wheels derailment takes place

The main reason is sharp curves in the ho scale layouts. What is the radius of your curve? The minimum permissible radius of ho scale layout is 1.722 metres. But many people use too sharp curves of up to 22 inches. It is really tight for the wheels to roll freely. Indian Railways use min permissible radius of 175 metres. Next due to lack of weight in the model rolling stock. Next due to lack of superelevation in curves of model layouts. So, centrifugal forces will tend to push the vehicle outside of the curve at higher speeds. Even our real Indian trains move at normal or below normal speed on sharp curves. If the curve radius is more, then higher speeds will not cause derailment.

@@santhosh5796 actually I use my model train tracks. The name of the model is *train world*. With all the curve tracks, they form a circle. And whenever I push my model trains at a higher speed, they derail. That's the main problem

@@saronitdas6199 You are using a kid's train set. It is not a ho scale model train. Toy trains are just for playing purpose. So you cannot deal with engineering concepts in it. Because they are designed for children.
