How to Make Herbal Wine: Mint Wine 

This is by far the best herbal wine that I have made. It tests like white wine.
Recipe for one gal (double everything if you are making two gal like I do in the video):
5 cups mint (destemmed and washed)
1 gal bottled water
2.75 lbs sugar
1/4 tsp Wine Tannin
1 tsp Acid Blend
1/4 tsp Yeast Nutrient
1/2 packet Champagne Yeast
