How to make Hibiscus Tea from Dried Flowers | Healthy Drinks to Lose Weight| 

Thank you for being straight to the point and giving a simple detailed tea recipe.

Straight and forward no wasting of time

I simply grind the dried flowers in my spice mill/dedicated coffee grinder. You can adjust amounts to your taste. But I put a heaping teaspoon of the powder into a quart size jar, fill it with water, and leave it in the fridge overnight. I like the tea better when I don't use boiling water. If the water is warm but not boiled I think it has a fresher taste.

I just picked up some dried hibiscus at a local Mexican market that was by the register. Excited to try this.
