Guys! If you feel the milk is thick, you can always add extra water to thin it out though I prefer slightly thick milk to make curd. You can use this milk to make coffee/tea. Have a lovely weekend! Stay safe, healthy and blessed 🌸

I my research I found that the left over residue have more content of protein either it is any vegetable mix or a ground or an almond, so now if we leave the residue strained how can the proteins be in the milk ...I mean they will be loss of proteins according to me. The idea is good mam , but I m just relating my study so what do u say mam , will the proteins be drained off?

And she is soaking the peanuts for 8 hours and then rinsing it 2 to 3 times it washes out the all soluble protein and vitamin, how it can be protein rich
@paritalaharshi
@paritalaharshi 4 года назад
Generally soaking increases the protien, so I thinking soaking is not a problem and also soaking groundnuts reduces gastric trouble which is generally occured when we consume raw groundnuts, so I think rather the cleaning the groundnuts after soaking it is better to clean them before and soaking and use the soaked in making the milk.. Thank you mam all ur reciepe's are good but small little changes are required. I hope u understand and tell us new reciepe with high quality of protien and vitamins.

Soy milk is made with more or less similar method, except usually the blended soy is squeezed with a cloth instead of a sieve. However if you look at the nutritional content of soy milk, it still has high amount of protein. It's likely that this method of making peanut milk also retains the proteins in the milk.
@paritalaharshi
@paritalaharshi 3 года назад
@@Lundy.Fastnet.Irish_Sea Ya mam I do agreee with you, but raw soya contains 36g of protein for 100g where as in soya milk we just have 3.3g of protein, so 3.3g of protein is pretty good amount of protein, but we have lost 33g of protein. It is just that better to drink some protein than no protien.
@Lundy.Fastnet.Irish_Sea
@Lundy.Fastnet.Irish_Sea 3 года назад
@@paritalaharshi I agree it's better to just drink soy milk. 200 ml of it has about 8g already. Peanut milk has lower than that. But some people may be allergic to soy and not peanuts, so there is still some value to this. Protein drinks are usually either derived from whey or from soy, and they can also be expensive in some places.
