Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back

Of course, you are correct 100% that it won't work on true gentlemen (or true ladies if in the reverse situation) or anyone of high value for that matter - totally agree with you. This video is not meaning IMHO to do this for people of high value as high value ppl don't make feel like you have to do this kind of nonsense or BS anyway as there's equal mutual respect on both sides. Unfortunately, many people are not dealing with high value people though. However, after doing the things in the above video (usually nice) high value people discover that they've outgrown the toxic person or jerk that they're having to do this stuff for/on in order to recover from all the toxicity and find peace & they no longer want them back anyway or wish to cause them further regret. My two cents anyway. Peace.
I stopped talking to my ex a few weeks ago, I’ve been doing well: he popped up, we had a slight casual conversation. After a while I realized he just wanted to see if I would respond to him. I will try this, he keeps pushing me away saying he don’t want me. He, ain’t got nobody but me. I’m taking a break from him not message him on social media. Men, don’t know what they have until it’s gone or with someone else. I just want him to feel sorry for every letting me go. We, were together 6 months I’m a good person and women you don’t find that in this world. And, I want him to regret saying go away I don’t want you or like you. I’m staying off my social media platform to do the 3 week no contact and get a major glow up.

Lol yes im gonna start doing this. After him basically trapping me into a relationship without the label of it i decided enough was enough and blocked him. The day after i decided to send him one final message, saying how i hope he thrives in life and becomes happy again and to that he replied "ill keep it profesional." Like not even a thanks good luck to u too. I literally laughed. I told him "good luck, your gonna need it little boy" and thats it. I can say i loved with all my heart till the end cause i did. And if hes too stupid to take it in now, he will regret it when he does. But thats his issue now 💅
I agree to all of the points but can't agree with the first point! Why will i absent only for him? I will enjoy fully and show him that i can be happy without you ! Not posting any stories and absent will make him realise that i am weak for him thats why i am doing this all and i dont want that😂i will make him jealous and be present so that he can realise i am doing whatever i want and don't care about anything😉
