I'm 14 and made this yesterday. it tastes amazing!! my friend even liked it to much she offered me money to buy the whole jar lol. and after she tasted it she immediately knew it's not nutella..said it's something better.
I tried the recipe and i love it i can't believe it, the taste is really really same with nutella and we're doing in home. I will be doing forever, i noted the recipe❤️❤️
I would start with only 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar then taste--bec, as others have said, milk chocolate already contains sugar. Brace yourself for the price of hazelnuts and be sure they are not stale or turning rancid. Since specialty nuts are expensive they don't have anywhere near the turnover other food items do.
@@FoolOnAdventure ....my parents and grandparents always bought only unshelled nuts. I remember hearing shells cracking for hours but the nutmeats did taste sweet, fresh and crisp.
Thanks for sharing. Your receipe is great. 👍🏼 I have tried it. Only minus the salt, stands out a bit. I used less than suggested. On the whole. I loved the receipe and looking forward to more.
After a couple of failed trials of homemade nutella recipes, I tried this one. It is amazing! It finally is smooth and looks like a true nutella, but way healthier than the store bought ( which is basically sugar and not much hazelnuts in it).
it came out delicious! i kept the mixture in a fresh and dry place, but it's cold these days so it got really hard. would it be okay to microwave it to soften it?
I tried this and it is really delicious. I put in 2.5 tbs of sugar instead of 3. Makes about 13 oz. This costs about .50 cents more for 13 oz than Nutella in the store. But I like this better. It has a nuttier and saltier flavor that is hard to stop eating. It also has an interesting slightly grainier texture.
Hello @nuvigroovi ! please i want to ask you the way you conserve it , did you put it in fridge or outside it ? and if in the fridge did the texture of chocolate stay the same ? did not became hard ? thank you very much in advance
I made It with less powdered Sugar and without cocoa powder.. i also used semisweet chocolate mixed with bitter chocolate. It's good, next time i would probably add more haselnuts.
@@nicholascrawford5105, my mixer didn't work very well turning the hazelnuts into a paste, so it let some small pieces. I didn't get the same texture, even adding some light milk cream it was way more sturdy than the spread we see in the video. Despite that, the taste was great, reminding a diet version of Ferrero Rocher. :D
Oh my this looks 👀sooooo good I definitely have to give this a try as my kids loveeee Nutella!! My little girl gets a spoon and just sits there and eats to her heart content 🤦♀️thank you so much for sharing this recipe 🙏
Kids love whatever you taught them to... As an ex-fattie I wanna beg you to not let your kids get fat. They way out of fatness was hard for me and is for everyone. Don't let them go down that path in the first place, please.
@Mary Sargent You can leave at room temperature on a glass jar for about 2 weeks. Or on the fridge fridge for 4 weeks but if get to hard use the microwave 15, 20 seconds for a smooth consistency
Hey the recipe seems great but i would love to try a white chocolate version. Will it be enough to replace the milk chocolate with white chocolate and remove the cocoa or would i need to change the recipe further?
I made it with melted organic cocoa butter and no sugar since the Chocolate the 40% milk chocolate already had sugar. Next time I’ll try 70% chocolate or all cocoa to see how I like the taste, I didn’t even taste it , because I’m on a sugar free diet. My husband loved it, said it’s better than store bought.
Are the hazelnuts roasted because it's better for the recipe or is it just to peel the skins off? Because if it's for the skins there are other videos saying that boiling them off it easier.
Don't deceive yourself....there is nothing healthy about Nutella at all. But, when it's well-flavored with chocolate and nuts and not oversweetened it's heavenly.
Hi, I'm about to make this nutella for a cheesecake recipe. Can you please tell me how much nutella does this recipe make (in grams if possible). Looks awesome btw 😍
Wow! Handmade Nu! Tell! Raa!!! Haha. to can make at home now nutellaeul As expected, I make myself happy. Thank you so much for teaching me a good recipe!!🤗👍🏻❤️
mighty mouse Same, but even my cement mixer tends to delay a bit. Was thinking of investing in a transit mixer truck to reduce said delay even if only a fraction
Hello thanks for this recipe Could u tell me where to buy the mixer that u r using in this video please ? It’s better u tell name and brand please . Thanks
Most food processos do the same thing so if you get one simalarly looking it should do the trick. You can oick one up at superstore for 15 bucks sometimes
